Straffard LGFA will hold its 2023 AGM on Wednesday 29 November at 7.30 pm, upstairs in Ardclough's clubhouse.

Our club is at a really important point of its development - we've gone from an initial meeting between Ruth and Ollie in 2018 to now having over 200 girls playing across 11 age groups. This is something that everyone in Straffan and Ardclough can be proud of and a testament to the hard work of the mentors and the dedication of the parents and support from our sponsors, as well as the unwavering support from both Ardclough GAA and Straffan GAA.

We want to continue to grow and to allow girls the opportunity to enjoy playing sports with their friends and this will always be our mission.

Accordingly, we're asking any parent who is interested in helping with the running of the club to attend the AGM on the 29 November- in particular we are looking for people to help with the administration of the club and in mentoring/coaching some teams. Every little helps, and will help to keep Straffard as a vibrant part of our community.

So please come along to the AGM and help out if you can, be it the social media side, the registration side, strategy development, county board delegate side etc.
