🏐 On the pitch

U15s vs Rathangan 

Our U15s played Rathangan in Ardclough last Saturday. Although they lost on the day, they battled hard right up to the final whistle. Hard luck the team.

Our Division 4 U13 team travelled to Eadestown earlier in the week. Although they lost out narrowly to a strong Eadestown team, they did themselves and their coaches proud, putting in a great effort.

Our U13 Division 1 team started their campaign in style with a good win against Leixlip in Ardclough. Well done girls. 👏💪

Our U12s welcomed Sallins to Straffan last Saturday morning. An entertaining game against two evenly matched teams. The girls now move onto the first of their Spring league games next Saturday the 5th in Clane at 1pm.

Our U10s travelled over to Eadestown last Saturday and played brilliantly and battled through the rain. 

Next up, the team host the first of their go games blitzes in Straffan on Saturday against Capagh and Confey at 11am. We wish them all the best.

Well done to Straffards Bea van Lonkhuyzen and Daisy Fortune who were part of the Kildare U14 panel that beat Westmeath and Longford last weekend. 

Best of luck to the pair in their game against Offaly tomorrow.

Also, good luck to Issey Kelly and Lila van Lonkhuyzen who are part of the squad for the Kildare U16 game against Westmeath tomorrow.
