🏐 On the pitch

U17s vs Cappagh

Our U17s had a great win away to Cappagh last Friday to make it 3 wins from 3 in Division 4. 👏👏

Captain for our away win at Cappagh, Ruby Moran

U11s vs Caragh/Robertstown

The u11s played two great matches in Straffan against Caragh and Robertstown.
They showed great determination across all areas of the pitch.
A super start to our spring league.

U9s vs Leixlip

The U9s had a blitz in Leixlip last weekend. Amazing display by the girls who played 2 games against Leixlip teams. 👏
All the work they put in at training is really showing on the pitch!

U7s vs Raheens/Caragh/Clane

The U7s had their first blitz of the year last weekend. They had 3 very good competitive games against Raheens, Caragh and Clane.
A lot of good skills and attitude on display.
For some of the girls it was their first match ever and it was great to see they all enjoyed it so much. 😃

U15s Feile 2025

Our U15s were in Feile action this week in Caragh. We played two games.
Our first match was at noon Vs Caragh in very warm conditions. The girls played so well with great skill and determination shown throughout. In a very tough game we fell short by a single point.
We had a very quick turn around playing Kilcock at 12.45. Kilcock being the fresher dominated the first half. However, Straffard showed steel and were by far the stronger team in the second half, but our great display fell short in the end.
We had 17 girls representing us in the matches and they all played their part. They can be proud of their efforts. 💪💪

U13s vs Maynooth

On Thursday evening in Straffan, Straffard's U13 Division 1 team delivered an impressive performance to secure a 3-11 to 2-9 victory against a well-drilled Maynooth side.
The girls maintain their 100% record and proudly sit top of Division 1.

Our U17s are flying high this season. Another fantastic performance in Straffan vs Carbury this week. Four wins in a row now means we will top the group in Division 4. ✊🙌
